Size XS: Chest circumference 77-82 cm.

Size S: Chest circumference 83-88 cm.

Size M: Chest circumference 89-94 cm.

Size L: Chest circumference 95-101 cm.

Size XL: Chest circumference 102-109 cm.

Wash by hand (or washing machine if it takes a lot of effort 🙄) but always the other way around! with the stamp inside.

Let it dry in the sun (also upside down)! It is better without spinning or drying to preserve the quality of the fiber! 🧶
